Stephanie Reisdorf, LCSW
Stephanie Reisdorf is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced abuse and trauma in the greater Las Vegas area. She is trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Stephanie has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a minor in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University, and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. She is passionate about creating structural social change and providing inclusive spaces where every voice is heard and where every life is valued. Stephanie is also passionate about advocacy work and policy change and is involved with various non-profits throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Thankfully, Stephanie is not working alone to help provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who experienced abuse and trauma. Maya, a special type of mental health helper. This gentle yellow Labrador Retriever joined Stephanie in September 2024, bringing her warmth and compassion to every session. Maya is well qualified. She earned her certification to be a certified therapy animal at Michael’s Angel Paws and is proudly registered as a Canine Good Citizen with the American Kennel Club, demonstrating she is a certified good girl and qualified to be part of Stephanie’s team. She has a natural ability to connect with people, which is why she is utilizes the Animal Assisted Therapy (ATT) approach, where she showcases her skills to enhance physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
Holly Shank, LCPC, LADC
Holly has dedicated over a decade to the counseling field, earning dual licenses to treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Holly specializes in trauma-informed care, bringing extensive experience in supporting survivors and their loved ones affected by trauma. Her passion for educating others about trauma helps to validate and normalize their experiences, aiming to destigmatize trauma responses.
Holly's therapeutic approach is client-centered and empathy-driven, creating a comfortable space for clients to process their internal and external experiences while building skills for lasting resilience. She believes that therapy is most effective when it offers a safe space for wholehearted self-expression. Holly's ultimate goal as a therapist is to empower clients to reach a point where they no longer need therapy, fostering independence and self-sufficiency.

Danyell Gustaw, JD, LCSW
Danyell Gustaw is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting adults and adolescents facing challenges related to anxiety and depression. As a compassionate therapist, Danyell offers a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to explore their experiences, gain deeper insight, and work through the difficulties they wish to overcome. Danyell is committed to helping individuals navigate their journey toward healing and self-improvement by providing a supportive environment to foster personal growth and transformation.
Liz Carrasco, LCSW
Liz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a commitment to helping individuals heal and move forward from past experiences. She is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to her bicultural background. Liz integrates a strengths-based and humanistic approach in her practice, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, insight-oriented therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to effectively address anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Liz brings a feminist perspective to her work, welcoming clients of all genders, orientations, identities, and backgrounds. Her practice is founded in open-mindedness and non-judgment, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and overcome interpersonal trauma, relationship abuse, childhood abuse, and neglect.
Liz holds earned her master’s degree in social work. Prior to earning her master’s degree, she earned her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice. Currently, she is in the final stages of her PhD in Psychology with a focus on Trauma, reflecting her ongoing commitment to learning and professional growth.
